[Bug 55568] Click add chat,an error occurs

1. Start Ubuntu Linux->Applications->Internet->Gaim Internet Messenger; 
2. Input password,press sign on; 
3. Click Buddies->Add chat,display an error: you are not currently signed on with any protocols that have the ability to chat.
