[Bug 55564] Logout can't use if the size of bottom panel is more than 62 and the panel is translucent

Public bug reported:

1.Open the bottom panel properties dialog box; 
2.Choose panel properties/general/size and change it between 63 and 120; 
3.Choose panel properties/background/solid color and change style controller to Most left; 
4.Logout and login again, this user can not login,but other users can login; 
5.Restart the computer,this user can login.

** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
