[Bug 55399] No sleep option on logout

Public bug reported:

The logout dialog does not offer an option to sleep. Putting the
computer to sleep with gnome-power-manager or closing the lid works
fine.

This is on an updated edgy on an iBook G4; gnome-session version:
2.15.90-0ubuntu1
