[Bug 55326] Evince won't print certain pages of a document

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evince

Evince won't print pages 4-8 of the attached file. When the whole file
is printed, only the first 3 pages are actually printed. When I select
pages 4-8 of the file to be printed, nothing happens.

This is dapper, with evince 0.5.2-0ubuntu3, using a Samsung ML-1740
(driver used is for the ML-1710) over the network from a windows share.
The file prints fine from the windows computer that the printer's
attached to.
