[Bug 55131] Bug buddy looks for non-existing Desktop when saving

Public bug reported:

I'm running Edgy, updated as of today (2006-08-04) and when applications
are crashing, bug buddy wants to save them to ~/Desktop, which doesn't
exist because I run desktop_is_home_dir or what that setting is called.
All other apps that I know of honour this setting and looks for ~
instead.
