[Bug 55044] Cups print backend not built by default

Public bug reported:

version: 2.10.1-0ubuntu1

Applications using gtk+ printing instead of libgnomeprint (such as
epiphany 2.15.x) don't have cups printers listed in the print dialog.

Maybe adding a build-depends on libcupsys2-dev would fix the problem --
rebuilding the package here with libcupsys2-dev installed worked for me.
