[Bug 54951] If there is a password stored in the keyring, provide thumbails for password-protected pdf files

Public bug reported:

Password-protected pdf files are not thumbnailed at all, however if the password is stored in the keyring the preview should be available.
We should also decide whether the thumbnail should be deleted when the session expires (and you have to enter your keyring's password again) or not.
