[Bug 42130] Re: Pressing enter on "Change Nick" prompt doesn't do the default action

This upload fixes the issue:

 xchat-gnome (0.11-0ubuntu4) dapper; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/11_enter_validate_nickname.patch:
     - upstream patch, make enter validates the nickname (Ubuntu: #42130)

I've not changed the label since that's a detail and would break translations for it
