[Bug 14457] GIMP application printing and LaserJet 1012

Description:
using default settings in GIMP application, hardware "hp LaserJet 1012" will
spit out...

...and then a bunch of empty pages.

I'm not sure what is causing this but it may be related to bug #8121

Workaround:   change the "lp -s -dLaserJet-1012 -oraw" command line. 
- GIMP | Print | [Setup Printer...]
- select printer model "Postscript Level 2"
- set the command line to be "lp -s -dLaserJet-1012" instead.
