[Bug 42042] Obsolete right-click menu

Description:
Using current Dapper, gnome-panel 2.14.1-0ubuntu6.

If I right-click on the gnome-panel I get menu with the following
choices:

"Get Help Online..."
"Translate This Application..."

I think that these commands do not fit into Ubuntu polished menus.
