[Bug 41609] "create archive" option does not work on some filenames

Description:
Dapper. I have a folder called

Dawkins - 2 capitoli dal libro "L' arcobaleno della vita" -  sulla
superstizione astrologia ecc - in  italiano

If I right-click it and choose "create archive", nothing happens.
