[Bug 41178] Gtranslator corrupting a PO file

Description:
I've downloaded this file: http://librarian.launchpad.net/2319125
/rosetta-inkscape.tar.gz

The file is ok.

But when i open this file in gtranslator and save it, it cant be
compiled anymore. A fatal error ocurs. Gtranslator is duplicating a
line:
