[Bug 40926] Could not create (print) PDF

Description:
Epiphany is the only application I have problem to "print" a PDF.

I got this error: "Generating PDF is not supported"

And this error in the gnome-terminal:

(epiphany-browser:31963): GnomePrint-WARNING **: Could not create filter
from description 'frgba': filter 'frgba' is unknown

For example I have no problems to create a PDF via the print dialog from
abiword.

Steps to reproduce this error:

1. Open a website
2. Click on Print
3. Choose "Create a PDF Document" as printer
4. Click on the Print-Button.
