I guess this is the same problem. The default font for Terminal in Hoary was ideal for me: correct size and elegant. In dapper, it is too small and has some weired behaviour, specially with numerals. (I do have an x window dump of the behaviour, but don't know how to attach it here.)

As terminal is by far the most important application (for me), it is very important to have a nice font.
