[Bug 40651] Screensaver not found dialog does not react to button press

Description:
The message that says that no screensaver could be bound can not be
closed by the ok button in the dialog.

Additionally, it makes little sense to provide a lock screen button that
is just followed by a dialog that says that it is impossible.

The attached patch gets rid of the dialog and tests beforehand whether a
screensaver is available.
