[Bug 40652] Dictionary applet no longer makes suggestions for misspelt words

Description:
The gnome dictionary applet from GNOME versions < 2.12 had a very useful
feature that suggested spellings if you misspelt a word. The new version
in Dapper seems to lack this functionality.
