[Bug 40614] [dapper] totem (if not the selected window) is non sensible to hotkeys

Description:
Ttry to open a video / audio in totem and then click on another window. you'll notice that hotkeys are not working anymore (so they loose therir utility).
this happens with an
ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

my hotkeys are all set in system->preferences->keyboard shortcuts
