[Bug 40201] A kind of russian translation bug.

Description:
If i open Evolution->Contacts->New contact->Categories there are 2 edit-
lines.

The description of the second one is "оступные категории" - the first letter is absent.

But in the .mo file it has correct description - "Доступные категории".
