Many of the 'Name[**]' do not display correctly when I log in under EUC-KR. The encoding is set to UTF-8.

In the early days when I used breezy, I could manage to add EUC-KR item to the list of 'Select Language' on log in screen by using 'language-env' package. At that time every menu item looks OK.  

Currently I am using dapper, and I do not remember how I added EUC-KR encoding. In fact, I do not have a clear understanding how language settings work. I am not sure if I can say my system was 'converted' properly from  utf-8.
