[Bug 40086] Launching Ekiga interferes with Muine playback

Description:
I'm not sure whether this is an Ekiga bug or a Muine bug.

If Ekiga is launched while Muine is playing music, the playback will
momentarily pause. When playback resumes, the song has skipped ahead
significantly.

muine 0.8.4-1ubuntu4
ekiga 2.0.1-0ubuntu3

This bug is not experienced when Totem (xine backend) or Banshee are
playing music.
