[Bug 39863] Doesn't Resume Channels On Logout/Login

Description:
I'm using Dapper x86. 
Steps to reproduce:
Open xchat-gnome.
Login to a couple channels.
Set one or two of the channels to Auto-join at startup.
Log out of GNOME without closing xchat-gnome.
Log back in.
Behavior:
Xchat-gnome should open again, but it will not open any channels.  None of the channels you were using before you logged out, AND none of the channels marked for Auto-join.

WORKAROUND:  close xchat-gnome and reopen it.
