Description:
several packages are affected by this problem:

applets-data
libgnome2-common
gksu
gnome-applets-data
gnome-btdownload
gnome-games-data
notification-daemon
gnome-terminal-data
metacity

and of course, the packages that depend upon these, also won't
install anymore.

system is current dapper
