[Bug 39604] Re: gnome-cups-add can take a long time to start up, with no user feedback

I confirm this bug using dapper 20060415.
On my AMD Athlon XP 1700+ it takes about 9 seconds to start gnome-cups-add.
A busy cursor should be displayed to inform the user he has to wait for a while.
