[Bug 39465] Samsung ML-1740 Not Listed

Description:
The Samsung ML-1740 is not listed in CUPS.  I searched the internet, and
the general concensus was to choose the 1710 driver.  This works
perfectly with no problems. There should be a listing on the 1740 that
just uses the 1710 configuration.
