[Bug 39132] My printer driver settings gets reverted to default

Description:
I installed my HP Deskjet 5940, during the installation I had to
manually select the proper driver:

Default: 
Manufacturer: HP, Model: DeskJet 500, Driver: pcl3

Correct:
Manufacturer: HP (HPLIP), Model: DeskJet 5940, Driver: hpijs

After reopening my printer properties, I noticed despite my manual
correction, the pcl3 driver was still used. After trying to set the
correct driver, and closing the properties, and reopening them, my
settings were gone, and pcl3 is still used.
