[Bug 39127] Does not cooperate with unrar-free

Description:
I tried to extract a .rar archive, but I got the "unkown file format
message". I then installed 'unrar-free'. It works OK from the command
line, but .rar files still go as unrecognised formats as far as file-
roller is concerned.
