Public bug reported:

Affects: gaim (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
[Dapper 6.06]

After playing music in Rhythmbox and chatting on Gaim similtaneously, I closed Rhythmbox to go play a game.
All of the sounds which Gaim should've played when I used it, start playing.

Sorry if this description is a bit muffled. Sorry if this was reported
before; I searched but found nothing.

How to reproduce:

1) Launch Rhythmbox, play some music. Start chatting on Gaim.
2) After a while, shut down Rhythmbox. The sounds should play now.
