On an IMAP account I setup, under the "File" menu, there is a "Permissions..." option. Selecting it doesn't seem to do anything, no matter what mail folder I am in or what message I select. -- "Permissions..." menu item doesn't do anything https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/38429
