[Bug 38319] Nautilus uses wrong icons for text files are not used

Description:
After disabling option "text files->show text in icons" in Nautilus, it
shows "blank page" icon for text/* files.

Expected result: it should show the icon specified by icon theme.

See screenshot, which shows the properties dialog (showing icon
specified by icon theme) and teh actual icon used for a file on desktop.
