[Bug 38307] desktop icons moving between sessions

Description:
When default zoom level for icon view is set to 100% (the default),
logging out and back in results in icons getting shuffled around on
desktop in a very unaesthetic manner.

Changing zoom level to 75% or below fixes problem.

Possibly related problem: some icons, such as Firefox & OpenOffice.org,
are not being re-scaled on desktop properly.
