[Bug 38137] ")To Do" label should be "_To Do"

Description:
In the preferences, under the "Colours" tab, there are label names like:
_Personal

However, the To Do label is shown like this: )To Do

That ) should be a _ instead. This results in the accelerator not being
set in the labels menu.
