i for one absolutely love this new behavior. i can't tell you how many times my cat has shut off my laptop in the middle of important work by walking on the keyboard and stepping on the power button. i've inadvertently pressed the power button myself as well. something as drastic as shutting off the computer should have a confirmation required. you guys did good! don't change it!
