[Bug 37772] screensaver fires when epiphany is being actively used

Description:
When using Epiphany on Dapper, the screensaver fires occasionally just
as if epiphany is not being used at all. My use is fairly active too:
clicking, scrolling. (I am not certain whether typing delays the start-
up.)
