[Bug 37623] Epiphany offers "Move Tab To Window" option that does nothing

Description:
http://paulproteus.acm.jhu.edu/tmp/epiph-bug.gif is a short video of me
right-clicking on a tab in one window and telling epiphany to move it to
another window.  Alas, the tab stayed in the window it was in.

trying the same operation from the Tabs menu and having it do nothing
there either.

(FWIW, I made the videos with byzanz.  Sadly it didn't capture the mouse
pointer.)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: When I click something labeled "Move tab to Window"
and select a different window, the tab should move!

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: Clicking these menu options does not move a tab
anywhere; the tab stays right where it is.

I think this may be a bug in the "Tabsmenu" extension, but I'm not sure.
