Thank you for your bug. One of the way to do what you want to do is to set the permissions of the directory so it can be copied by whoever wants to do it. You can also use a setgid directory? You can also use a nautilus script or nautilus-actions package. If you have other ideas, the best place is not to use a bug but to think on what would solve the issue nicely for you and open an specification as described by https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeatureSpecifications?highlight=%28spec%29 by example. I'm closing the bug since that's not one, feel free to register a specifications with your idea on how to make that easier
