When starting the game gnomebots, any previously set background color flashes on
the window for a moment and then the background becomes light gray.You have to
manually go every time to settings -> preferences -> appearance -> background
color and press OK in order to restore your desired background color.
This problem did not exist in hoary on the same hardware (686, ATI radeon).
