Ubuntu | gnome-panel

Summary: tux paint launcher in gnome-panel causes gnome panel to
                    be unusable (reproduable fixable)
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: gnome-panel
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: errtu.shard at gmail.com
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

if you drag the tux paint launcher from menu applications>graphics>tux paint
into the gnome panel it causes the gnome panel to repeatedly try to restart it
seems with an error saying the panel is already running so it will quit, this
error appears a few times then the panel is gone, rebooting, logging on and off
etc wont bring the panel back, i had to log into sudoer account and delete the
launcher from here /home/belinda/.gnome2/panel2.d/default/launchers/
sorry if this isnt a good bug report, im quite new to linux, hope this helps, Sam
