Whenever one sends a file through Nautilus "Send to..." functionality, a new
Evolution message is opened with no visible attachment bar. In fact, there's no
current possibility to open/close attachment bars.  The bar does appear when
attaching a file to a message already opened.

To recreate the bug:

1. Open Nautilus file manager.

2. Right-click a file and select the "Send to..." context menu.

3. After the "Send to..." window opens, select EVOLUTION at the Send as... tab.

4. Still at the "Send to..." window write a test e-mail, and press the SEND button.

5. The Evolution New Message will appear, WITH NO APPARENT ATTACHMENT; if you
add another file by dragging and dropping it to the new message window,
attachment bar will open showing the new file, but also the one originally
intended to be sent.

NOTES: I upgraded to Breezy from Hoary, through dist-upgrade; using the Spanish
(MX) Localisation.
