The workspace switcher has a small rendering bug. Here are the steps to
reproduce it:

1. Start to drag a window from it's workspace
2. Go back and drop it in the workspace it started in without ever dropping it
anywhere else
3. See that it disappears

To make it appear again all you have to do is move the mouse to another panel or
application.

I'm using today's ubuntu breezy with gnome-panel 2.12.0-0ubuntu3.
