Summary: Rhythmbox segfaults when I search.
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: rhythmbox
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: burner at suppressingfire.org
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

Rhythmbox has for some time segfaulted when I search my entire library. I can
search a subsection of my library (say all songs of a particular artist as
selected in the browser), but when I switch to "All" in all the browser
selectors, r-b dies. I can't even get it to start up again. No bug buddy, no
nothing, just a seg fault:

burner at phoenix:~$ rhythmbox
Segmentation fault

I have found that if I unset the search text, r-b comes back to life and runs OK
until the next time I run a search.

burner at phoenix:~$ gconftool-2 -u /apps/rhythmbox/state/library/search_text
burner at phoenix:~$ rhythmbox
*** rhythmbox window pops up and I can play music again ***

This is happening on at least two of my machines. One accesses my music
repository via nfs, the other has direct access to the files via an ext3 partition.
