The reason the right and left button are mapped the same is to support both left
and right hand usage of GDM.  I've fixed the code so gdmsetup only makes the
calls when RUNNING_UNDER_GDM is set to true.  Also I changed the dialogs so that
hidden files are shown by default.  Also modified gdmphotosetup so it shows
hidden files by default as well.

Fixed in CVS head and 2.12 branch
