This upload fixes the issue:

 gucharmap (1:1.4.4-1ubuntu1) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * Sync with Debian.
   * debian/control.in:
     - Build-Depends on liblaunchpad-integration-dev to use the new patch.
   * debian/patches/01_lpi.patch:
     - patch to use launchpad-integration from James Henstridge.
   * debian/patches/02_autoconf.patch:
     - configure update.
