Our printer has the possibility to print on both sides of the paper. In this
sense, "double sided" means that the printer prints the first page on the front
side and the second page on the back side of the sheet of paper. The second
page, however, is printed upside down, i.e. one has to turn pages along the
short edge of the sheet. The most common option wold be to turn pages along the
long edge like in books.
This happens when I print directly to the printer (Brother HL-1870-N) and also
when I print to the generic postscript printer on lpr.
I attached a file where it happens (so far, all the pdf files that I tried to
print).
