Are you sure your language pack is still installed? There is no reason for the
UI to change like that. Is that clock specific, ie: do you have a translated UI
during the day and an english one from midnight? That's a weird issue, no reason
for it to change at midnight. That works fine here with current packages for
5.10, have you planned to update to the new version next month?
