this upload fixes the issue:

 evince (0.4.0-0ubuntu4) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/03_dual-page-fix.patch:
     - fix an issue with odd number of pages and dual mode,
       thanks Ryan Lortie <desrt at desrt.ca> for pointing the patch
       (Ubuntu: #15464).
