Seb,

I confirm the same bug as reported by dooglus. I am attaching here a
ga-server/nautilus debugging session.
The file that vanishes is named test.txt.
Please note following line in the debug log:
inotify: resource /home/fabio/Desktop/test.txt went away. Adding it to missing
list
