There is a very mysterious option in the Evolution 'Edit>Preferences->Mail
Preferences' page:

"Generate D-BUS message when new mail arrives"

That is a vague (and apparently undocumented) option. Perhaps it should be
re-worded. The average user will have no idea what that option means.

This is in Ubuntu 5.04
