The:

  System-> Administration-> Users and Groups-> [Add User]

dialogue presents the first two fields as:

  Username:   [....]
  Real name:  [....]

Ideally, these should be reordered so that the Real Name of the person holding
the account comes first:

  Real name:  [....]
  Username:   [....]

As an addition this also allows a default username to be suggested if the Real
name has been filled in and the Username field is still blank.  This would
behave in the same way as the current debian-installer, which asks for the Real
Name and then suggests a default username based on the first word in the name
(from the start of the line until the first space).
