In Breezy, I find the volume applet quite flaky.

I have two sound cards:

aplay -l

  Subdevices: 0/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

When I choose one of them to be default, I think that the volume applet should
change the sound card it controls too. Otherwise I find it very confusing.
