If my panel is sized to anything above 24 pixels, the speaker icon for the
volume control looks fuzzy and pixelated. All other icons on the panel scale
nicely except this one. 

At the two smallest sizes (23 and 24) it looks nice and sharp like the other
icons. My system theme is set to use the "Gnome" icon theme, but it has the same
results with the "Human" icons also.
